Beijing: The more difficult to buy a car

Having a car in Beijing is now heavily influenced luck factor. How not, if only one of 23people  who have the ability to buy the right to buy a car.

Beijing municipal government held a draw license plate back to three, on Saturday last week.  This auction is a city government's efforts to halt the growth of the number of carsin the Chinese  capital. Beijing did have problems severe congestion and air pollution.

Auction on Saturday to distribute 17.600 new license plate. Until March 8 auction committee  received 400,000 applicants, including those not lucky on two previous draw.This means that  only 1 of 23 people are lucky to get vehicle registration and can buy a new car.
Opportunities to get the car in March was lower than February (1: 17) and January(1:11).

This year the city government of China will only be issued 240 000 new number plate or a third  of which was published last year.
