Nissan cars in check radiation

Fears of nuclear radiation from nuclear reactor disaster at Dai Chi Fukushima , Nissan America decided to check all cars imported from Japan to avoid radiation exposure to nuclear material. This step is taken to eliminate the fears of consumers  against  products from Japan especially electric cars Nissan Leaf.


Nissan is the first manufacturer who decided to do it step by step to ensure the safety of cars. Previously, the Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association, the association of Japanese auto mobile manufacturers announced that no members of the association of car manufacturers in Japan were detected dangerous levels of radiation. Nissan confirms  will continue to monitor the level of radioactivity up to the dangers of nuclear radiation  completely eliminated.

Nissan also announced about his inventory-related disasters in Japan. If the industrial average set a reserve figure of 60 days supply, now to the brand Nissan Infiniti only  47days and 49 days. So Nissan is quite strict reserve. This week Nissan will continue  to produce them without the supplies from Japan.  After March 25,  Nissan will  reassess the situation.


Nissan produced many models in the United States such as Altima, Maxima, Xterra, Frontier, Pathfinder, Titan and Infiniti QX56. While Nissan Leaf is still manufactured  in Japan. With the additional 600 units of the new arrivals, a total of 1500 units Leaf  Nissan who have entered the United States. Until the end of February, Nissan  sold  173 units.
